I want a quality website with no ads, so I was just wondering. Also, instead of using their own designs for webpages could I use my own code to do it?

I’m planning on building a website and would like to know which are the top web hosting providers and domain name registrars out there. I’d prefer no-ads, but would like to keep costs low while still having some flexibility in how the site is built. There won’t be a ton of traffic, and it won’t be very fancy/complex. I already have a web host that I pay for monthly but it only has 5GB. On a desktop PC at home (connected 24/7 with high speed), I have a terrabyte hard drive with photos. I would like to set up a folder on this PC and add and remove photos in this folder and on my web site, display these photos. Basically, instead of storing the photos on my web host and using up the 5GB, I want to use my hard drive to store the photos and only have the HTML on my site. My ISP for my high speed does not have a staic IP, but as far as I can tell, in the 2 years I have had their service, my IP never changed. I also use a wifi router in the house. Can it be done securely and what is the best software to use to accomplish this?

I wanna know a good shared web hosting company where it should have the option of hosting multiple domains from a single account.
i request you to please do not answer this by looking at a couple of sites reviewing web hosting. as far as i know they are not true. so it would be better if u have personal experience or just let me know ur suggestion.
